Welcome to the GuitarGalleryMusic.com web site. We have been in business since 1973 and have been here on the Web since 1995. Since then we have had thousands of satisfied customers in over 70 countries around the world. Our internet catalog has been so successful that in July of 2003 we closed the doors on our store location and we are now completely an internet based business. Therefore, we no longer have a physical location for you to visit.

It is our sincere belief that our online presentation which includes book and classical score excerpts as well as video preview clips will make your experience shopping for music even easier than it could be in a physical location.

This site features over 35,000 titles including individual sheet music, music books and instructional DVDs. We are constantly adding new titles, so check back with us often. You might also wish to subscribe to our monthly Catalog Update Newsletter which summarizes all of the latest additions to our catalog each month. Available via email, RSS feed or Twitter, just click on the Newsletter heading on the menu bar at the top of the page to subscribe.

Ordering is safe and reliable on our Secure Server where we use 128 bit encryption to insure your transactions remain private, safe and secure.

You don't have to worry about choosing the wrong book with our Money Back Guarantee! We are also a registered Public Eye Certified Site.

We use U.S.P.S. priority mail boxes to ship our domestic orders. These are Cradle to Cradle Certified and recyclable. We also recyle all packing materials from our distributor's shipments to us. Our invoices are sent as part of our shipping notification emails, eliminating the need for paper copies. We hope you will recycle your order's packing materials as well.

This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.

2. Pay by Credit or Debit Card - Call me for the number (United States Orders Only Please) - Place your order via the website and we will contact you after your order has been submitted and obtain the information from you.
3. Pay by PayPal - the safe and easy way to pay!

Payment Methods: GuitarGalleryMusic accepts the following major credit cards for purchases. (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Optima, and Visa), PayPal, as well as personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders.

Returns: If you wish to return an item please contact us first. If you received a damaged item, we will replace it at no charge. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor in the event there is a problem regarding their order. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. All such information is maintained in a secure manner.

Our Money Back Guarantee:

• If the book you receive isn't what you'd hoped for, you may Return It For a Full Refund Or Store Credit within 30 days, in new condition with any enclosed CDs, diskettes, or software unopened.
• Be sure to reference the purchase date, invoice/receipt number and indicate whether you want a credit or a replacement book. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Additionally, if your order qualified for free shipping and the items you are returning bring your order total to less than the qualifying amount, then shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount.
• If you would like to exchange the book for another book you pay only the difference in price and the shipping charges.
• If a book or DVD you recieve is damaged or defective email us and we will replace it at no charge. There is no need to return the product.

Our DVD Preview Clips: We have over 1500 preview clips of the DVDs we sell. These average 2-3 minutes in length. Most of them are in the Microsoft Media Player format (.wmv) Some of the clips are supplied to us via the DVD Publishers. These are in either the Real Player (.ram) or Quicktime (.mov) formats.
